Memoire legal
Terms of Service
The rules for hosts and guests using Memoire shared event albums.
Effective June 14, 2026 · Version 2026-06-14
Using Memoire
Memoire lets event hosts create shared albums, invite collaborators, and let guests view or contribute event photos. You must use the service only for lawful events you are authorized to manage.
Your authority as a host
You are responsible for having permission to create the event, invite other hosts, distribute guest links, and collect or display submitted photos. You must provide guests any notice or consent required for your event and location.
Guest content
Guests can submit names and photos through an event link without creating an account. Hosts control event access, moderation, availability, and removal decisions. Do not upload or encourage content that is unlawful, abusive, invasive, or owned by someone who has not permitted its use.
Account security
Keep your host credentials secure, use an email address you control, and tell us promptly if you believe your account or event link has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until access is secured.
Moderation and enforcement
We may restrict or remove accounts, events, links, or content when reasonably necessary to protect users, operate the service, respond to legal requests, or enforce these Terms.
Service availability
Memoire is an early-stage service. Features may change, pause, or stop, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Keep independent copies of event photos that matter to you.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available without promises beyond those required by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Memoire is not responsible for indirect losses, event disruption, guest behavior, or content uploaded by users.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date or version. Questions or removal requests can be submitted through the Memoire project contact link below.
